MTA/SysMac is a joint venture company established in 2005 between Missouri Tooling & Automation in the USA and SysMac Automation Engineering, Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. The vision was to create a synergy between the companies that would result in high quality, innovative automation produced at an economical advantage to our customers while also providing local support to MTA’s current Asian customers. Over time, this platform has been proven to be very effective and successful.

Today, MTAS has elevated its presence and reputation to become a leader in the automation industry throughout Asia-Pacific. By relocating and transforming the current facility into a modern automation center, MTAS has successfully expanded its customer base into several market segments, including customers in Europe and North America.

In addition to providing automation systems, MTAS has also expanded into repetitive equipment and contract manufacturing. Achieving ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications along with the ability to be vertically integrated has allowed MTAS perform these services for several customers in a wide range of industries. This service has proven to be especially beneficial for companies located in the USA as MTA (located in the USA) can manage all phases of the project, from estimating through delivery to the customer.

Facilities in Southeast Asia

The Singapore site has a 34,000 sq. ft. secure, climate-controlled building with over 75 employees. Capabilities include engineering, custom automation, repetitive equipment manufacturing and parts manufacturing.

The Batam, Indonesia site has a 28,000 sq. ft. secure, climate-controlled building with over 100 employees. Capabilities include part manufacturing and fabrication.

Emergency support

Depending on timeframe, qualified technicians from either MTA-Sysmac or MTA in Lebanon, MO are available to make any necessary, on-site repairs.
