 Mechanical Controls

MTA has a highly motivated and experienced staff of Senior Mechanical and Senior Controls Builders to manage the build phase of each project from start to finish, including debug and Factory Acceptance Testing. Each senior builder has in excess of 20 years experience in automation and has overseen and delivered hundreds of successful automation solutions in a wide variety of industry segments. In addition to the vast experience, each senior builder is required to complete a rigorous apprenticeship program prior to being elevated into a senior position.

To ensure the same level of quality and craftsmanship are standardized throughout the build department, each senior builder is assigned a support team to assist in the build phase of each project. Each team has members that range from Jr. Builder to beginning technician. Each member of this supporting team is cross trained in controls and mechanical assembly to allow more flexibility in meeting our customer’s needs.

As the world of industrial automation continues to evolve and transform, MTA has been proactive in creating a program with the product specialist to provide Interactive Technology Training. This ITT program is essential to ensure our build department has the necessary information and resources to implement the latest technologies into our systems. Internal investments such as this are a crucial element in our ability to be an industry leader.

Installation for all equipment built at MTA is offered to our customers. MTA will send a specialized cross functional team to our customer’s facility (Domestic or International) for installation of their automation system. Once installation is complete, MTA will participate in Site Acceptance Testing to ensure the equipment is operating in accordance with the specifications. MTA will also provide operational and maintenance training while on-site at the customers facility.

As many different customers have discovered over the years, the build department at MTA is second to none. With their attention to the smallest details and dedication to each project, the assembly department at MTA has 1 collective goal “Customer Satisfaction”.
