With the exception of surface treatments and coatings, MTA has maintained the internal capability to produce all the fabricated components necessary to complete your project. This vertical integration is paramount to our ability to manage lead time and quality of our fabricated components.
Whether in our welding department, one of our many CNC milling machines, grinders, or lathes, each operation is performed by a highly trained and skilled professional with years of fabrication experience and uncompromising attention to detail. This internal capability allows us the flexibility to quickly perform R&D as well as create proof of principles which in turn mitigates risk to our customers.

At times when additional capacity or processes are needed, MTA has created a network of highly qualified and trusted 3rd party fabrication vendors. This network includes various local companies as well as sister company MTA/SysMac. MTA has a management team in place to ensure this outsource process is seamless and transparent to all stakeholders involved (internal and external). This includes monitoring the vendors to ensure lead time as well as quality is maintained.
To ensure the highest quality is achieved, components fabricated in house at MTA are routed through the Quality Control Department. Utilizing computerized inspection equipment, the fabricated components are verified to be compliant with all tolerances and specifications.
To maintain a uniform quality process, MTA also holds components fabricated externally to the same stringent quality standards. Each 3rd party vendor is required to perform their own quality process for each component and to make those reports available.
To ensure all components manufactured externally are compliant, the QC department at MTA will verify the supplied quality reports. MTA understands the importance of sound quality standards and takes every step necessary to implement these standards.
