Project Management
A certified PMP project manager overseas each project MTA performs and ensures that our
customers are involved in the process from beginning to end. Project reports are issued through
this single point of contact to customers at a frequency pre–determined by them.
Engineering
Our highly experienced engineering staff is dedicated to meeting your engineering requirements. The mechanical team uses software including Solidworks and AutoCAD to provide the most accurate designs and drawings in a 2-D and/or3-D format. The development process includes a series of internal as well as external reviews to ensure project accuracy. Our controls engineering team uses customized AutoCAD software to design controls packages, schematics and control panel layouts. We are experienced in controls build and various types of PLC programming.
Fabrication
Our in-house capabilities include CNC machining, vertical/horizontal milling, turning, grinding and CMM inspection. Turn-key operations can be performed in our Lebanon location, or when necessary we can utilize resources from our Singapore facility to assist in controlling costs and/or lead time.
Systems Integration
Our tool builders and controls technicians are highly skilled professionals with years of experience in custom automation. Their problem solving capabilities are maximized by utilizing the latest technologies and training. In addition, our apprenticeship programs ensure that we continue to grow and evolve as a company.
Technical Writing
Before we ship a machine to our customer, our technical writing staff can develop a custom manual for safe operation and maintenance. We are qualified and experienced in overseas machine certification.
